Living on the Beach in Our Homemade Camper Van! Off-Season Lefkada & Everyday Vanlife.
We're Tanya and Andrey. We bought an old VW T4 and spent nine months converting it into a camper van by hand. We named it SnowLeo! Now we travel full-time — because for us, freedom is what every kilometer is about.
Our wild life in Greece continues! In this episode, we left our favorite Kathisma Beach for a slow stroll through the capital of Lefkada island. Without the summer crowds, the narrow streets feel completely different — quiet, cozy, and full of atmosphere.
We also tackled one of the classic vanlife to-dos: picking up a local SIM card with a month of mobile data. Fully connected now! Then we headed back "home" to the sea. No paid campgrounds, no rushing. Just living in our camper van, listening to the waves, and soaking up the moment. Life as it is!
